Peak Facility Solutions is a 8A certified Woman-Owned Small Business Enterprise (WBE). My name is Stephanie Osborn, I am the President and Founder of Peak Facility Solutions. I have over 20 years’ experience managing contracts on Government Operation and Maintenance projects, Utility Plant Operations, Commercial Building Construction. Peak holds a Mechanical Contractors License in the State of Colorado. Peak Facility Solutions operates out of the central USA location of Broomfield Colorado.

The team at Peak Facility Solutions concentrates on providing mission critical facilities the support services needed to insure consistent operations with minimal downtime. Peak Facility Solutions supports facilities such as labs, data centers, federal courthouses, research facilities to name a few. We pride ourselves in being able to provide complete facility operation and maintenance services as well as managing small mechanical focused construction projects on facilities such as data centers, clean rooms, or central utility plants. Our management team’s experience is very well rounded and focuses on strict contract compliance to ensure our clients facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
